Satai Ayam Manado (Celebes)
Chicken Sate

500 gr chicken (thigh / fillet)
2 tbsp lime juice
5 jeruk purut leaves
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 tbsp oil
satay skewers

9 shallots
6 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
5 red rawits
1 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes and mix it with the lime juice. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai and the jeruk purut for 7 minutes.
Mix this with the meat and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Place 5 pieces of meat on a satay skewer and roast them over a charcoal fire brown and done.
