Bumbu Hijau Ayam Banda
fried chicken with green pepper

600 gr chicken fillet
1 green lombok
1 lime, juice
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass, white part
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt

4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
6 green lomboks
6 green rawits
5 kenari nuts
1 cm jahe
2 tbsp asam water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into large pieces and marinate it with lime juice and salt for at least 15 minutes. Cut the lombok and the serai into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine to a smooth mass.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the lombok and the serai and fry for 1 minute. Then add the chicken and fry it on a high heat, while stirring, for 10 minutes.
Then add the water and cook the chicken over low heat until done.
