Ayam Rica Rica Pedas Kemangi
very spicy chicken with kemangi

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr chicken thighs
1 lime, juice
4 salam leaf
4 jeruk purut leaves
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass, white part
1 bunch of kemangi
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp kecap manis
50 ml of water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
10 red rawits
8 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts
4 salam leaf
4 jeruk purut leaves
5 cm kunyit
4 cm jahe


Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces and marinate it with the lime juice and leave it for at least 15 minutes. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the meat almost done and scoop out and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the serai and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the water and mix well. Then add the chicken, the kecap, the palmsugar and the salt and mix everything well. Then scoop the kemangi leaves through and fry for another minute. Serve.
