in seasoned coconut milk braised chicken
Bahan-Bahan:

1 chicken
200 gr grated coconut
5 jeruk purut leaves
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass, white part
1300 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp asam water
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
5 kemiri nuts, roasted
1 tbsp ketumbar, toasted
1/2 tsp jinten, toasted
2 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar

1 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara membuat:

Cut the chicken into pieces. Roast the coconut until brown and oily and pound or grind it finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu with the jeruk purut and the serai for 6 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry until it changes color. Then add the coconut milk and cook the chicken until tender. Then add the grated coconut and asam water and mix well. Cook until the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
