Strange. The same recipe appears here from 2015: pretty much word for word, I thought you stated that all your recipes are original and not taken from other blogs on the web?

Ayam Panggang Kecap
roasted chicken in sweet soy sauce

1 chicken (1500 gr)
4 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks (large chilies)
1 tsp asem / tamarinde + 2 tbsp water
1 tsp palmsugar
3 cm ginger
6 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken open and press it flat. Slice the garlic and the lomboks thin. Grate the ginger. Mix the asem with the water. Roast the chicken on a charcoal fire for 10 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the lomboks for  1 minute. Then add the remaning ingredient and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then put in the chickens and let it simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce has nearly evaporated. Roast the chicken further on a charcoal fire until the skin is brown and crispy
