Ayam Kuah Kuning

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1/2 chicken
3 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 serai/sereh/lemongrass
2 salam leaf
1000 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
250 gr potatoes
4 eggs, hard boiled
3 jeruk purut leaves
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
4 cm kunyit
1 teaspoon pepper
3 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp palm sugar
Taburan:

2 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 6 pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the laos, the sereh, the salam and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry it around brown. Then add the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Then add the potatoes and the eggs and cook gently until everything is done. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
