Ayam Bakar Kuah Santan
roasted chicken in coconut milk sauce

1 chicken
1 salam leaf
8 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp asam / tamarind
700 ml coconut milk
2 limes, juice
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil

2 tsp ketumbar
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic

Cara Membuat:
Cut the chicken into 4 pieces and rub it in with the butter. Roast the chicken over a charcoal until brown. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and the jerk purut for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken and mix well. Then add the coconut milk, the palm sugar, the kecap, the salt and the asam and cook the chicken until done. Stir in the lime juice and serve.
