Ayam Bakar Tomat
fried chicken with tomato

1 chicken
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
300 ml of coconut water
2 sereh / lemongrass
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

3 kemiri/candlenuts
5 shallots
5 cloves garlic
5 red lomboks, seeded
2 cm jahe
3 tomatoes

Cara Membuat:
Rub the chicken in with the lemon juice and salt and cut it into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the coconut water together with the bumbu and sereh and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken, the kecap, the palm sugar and the salt and cook until done and until the sauce has thickened. Roast or fry the chicken brown and serve.
