grilled spicy chicken from Nusa Tenggara

1 chicken
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
750 ml santen cair
3 tsp salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
5 tbsp oil
10 shallots
6 cloves garlic
5 red chilies
6 red rawits
5 kemiri/candle nuts
1 tsp shrimp paste bakar
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken and flatten it. Marinate the chicken with the lemon juice and teaspoon salt. Roast the chicken half cooked on a charcoal fire. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the santen, salt and palm sugar and bring to the boil. Add the chicken and cook until the sauce has aromated the chicken. Roast the chicken until golden brown on a charcoal fire and sprinkle the chicken regularly with the sauce.
