Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
2 salam leaves
2 cm laos
7 jeruk purut leaves
2 sereh / cintroengras
400 ml of water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp asamwater
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri/candlenuts
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tspjinten
Bahan Sambal Bawang:
ingredients sambal:
1 tomato
11 red lomboks
5 red rawits
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp trasi
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp palm sugar
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 4 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the water together with the chicken, the bumbu, the salam, the laos, the jeruk purut, the sereh, the salt, the palm sugar and the asam water and mix well. Boil the chicken until the liquid has evaporated. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the chicken brown and set aside.
Cut the tomato and the shalots into pieces. Heat a pan fry the tomato, lomboks, rawits, shallots, garlic and trasi until soft. Then mix in the salt and the palm sugar. Pound or grind the ingredients into a paste. Mix the sambal with the chicken and serve.
