Pepes Ati Ayam
Steamed chicken liver in banana leaf
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr chicken livers
4 sereh / lemongrass
4 spring onions
7 shallots
8 salam leaves
8 red rawits
2 tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp of palm sugar
3 tbsp oil
Banana leaves
Biteng / toothpicks
Cara Membuat:

Cut the livers into pieces, the sereh and the spring onion in 3 cm long pieces. Cut the shallots into thin slices and tomatoes in small pieces. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and allow for 15 minutes to rest.
Divide the mixture into 8 portionsย and put each serving on a piece of banana leaf. Make sure you have 1 rawit and 1 salam leaf for each portion. Fold the banana leaves close as a package and close the ends with biteng.
Steam the packages for 45 minutes until done.
