Nyomok Tempe Kedelai
in coconut milk stewed spicy tempe

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr tempe
700 ml coconut milk
2 cm laos
2 salam leaves
5 green lomboks
2 tablespoons of oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
3 cm kunyit
1/2 tsp trasi
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp palm sugar

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempe in cubes of 2 cm. Cut the lomboks into thin strips or rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the laos and salam for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks and fry until soft. Then add the tempe and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and cook it slowly until done and until the sauce has thickened.
