stir-fry of snow peas, cucumber and baby corn

Ingredients:
440 gr baby corn
250 gr snow peas
1 cucumber
1 cm jahe
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil

Preparation:
Grate the jahe and finely chop the garlic. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the jahe for 30 seconds. Add the snow peas and the baby corn and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then add the cucumber and stir-fry it for 2 minutes. Serve.
