Roasted stewed spicy chicken

2 small chickens / chicks (600 gr)
750 ml of water
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp palm sugar

100 ml chicken broth
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp fish sauce

10 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
2 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
5 cm laos
1 tsp ketumbar

Cara Membuat:
Cut the chicken into four pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water and add the chicken together with the bumbu, salt and palm sugar and cook it for 30 minutes. Then let it rest for at least 1 hour. Pour 100 ml of the broth and mix it with the kecap, the oyster sauce and the fish sauce.
Then rub the chicken in with the mixture and roast the chicken over a charcoal fire until brown. Sprinkle regularly with the remaining marinade.
