Ayam Goreng Jamur Mentega
Chicken with a butter-mushroom sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1 chicken
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
oil
Bahan Saus:
Ingredients sauce:
150 gr butter / margarine
4 cloves of garlic
4 shi-take
3 tablespoons kecap inggris / worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons kecap manis
1 spring onion
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
1/2 tea salt
1 cm jahe
2 teaspoon lemon juice
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 24 pieces and marinate with the salt, pepper and lemon juice and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the chicken golden brown and cooked and set aside.
Chop the garlic finely and slice the shi-take into thin strips. Cut the spring onion in thin slices and the onion in thin strips. Grate the jahe.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the garlic, the onion and the jahe for 3 minutes. Then add the shi-take and bake them soft. Then add the kecaps, pepper, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the chicken, the spring onion and the lemon juice and mix well.
