Javanese roasted chicken

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr drumsticks
4 tbsp kecap manis
900 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
3 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
7 cloves garlic
1 lemongrass stalks
5 jeruk purut
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
1 / tsp nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
menikmati:
relish ingredients:
5 red rawits
1 tomato
2 shallots
1 limoens, juice
4 tbsp kecap manis
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the chicken broth and the kecap and let it simmer slowly for 50 minutes until the liquid has nearly evaporated. Roast the chicken over a charcoal fire until golden brown and serve it with relish.
 
relish:
Cut the rawits and the shallots into thin slices and mix it with lime juice and kecap.
