Ayam Bawang Kuah Gurih

1 chicken
1 red onion
600 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
2 tbsp flour
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)
4 kemiri (candlenuts)
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp palmsugar
4 cloves garlic

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces and the onions in strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the flour with the water. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the onions for 2 minutes. Add the bumbu and fry it for 1 minute. Add the chicken and fry it for 3-5 minutes until light brown. Add the santen and let it simmer slowly until the chicken is nearly done. Add the water/flour mixture and let is simmer slowly until the sauce has thickened and then serve.
