spicy stewed chicken

500 gr chicken thighs
150 ml water
150 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
3 jeruk purut leaves
7 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 serai/sereh/lemon grass
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar

5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
6 red lomboks
5 red rawits
6 cm kunyit, toasted
2 kemiri nuts, roasted
1 tbsp ketumbar, toasted
1 tsp jinten, roasted

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 7 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Marinate the chicken with the bumbu for 5 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the serai, the lengkuas and the jeruk purut and mix well. Then add the chicken and fry it until done.
Then add the water, coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and bring it to the boil while stirring and cook until done.
