fried duck in spicy creamy sauce

1 duck
1 lemon, juice
3 kunyit leaves
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
3 asem kandis
2 lemongrass
1000 ml coconut milk
3 tablespoons oil
9 shallots
7 cloves garlic
7 green chilies
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe
3 cm laos
3 kemiri
2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
Cut the cleaned duck into 8 pieces and marinate it for at least 20 minutes with the lemon juice. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the kunyit, jeruk purut and lemongrass for 5 minutes. Add the duck and fry it brown. Add the asem kandis and the coconut milk and let it simmer until the duck is tender and the coconut milk has thickened.
