Ayam goreng kecap
fried chicken with sauce kecap

1 chicken
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Bahan-bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 sternaijs
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
4 tbsp kecap manis
200 ml water
1 leek
4 tablespoons butter
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 24 pieces and marinate it with lime juice, salt and pepper and let it stand for 30 minutes. Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the chicken until browned. Scoop from the pan and let cool.
Cut the leeks into rings, the garlic and the onion into thin strips. Heat in a pan the butter, add the palm sugar and let it dissolve. Add the onion, the garlic and the star anise and fry for 3 minutes. Add the kecap and water and let it thicken. Add the chicken and cook for a few minutes. Spoon in the leek and serve.
