100g corn
5 gizzards, cooked
150g tiger prawns
1 carrot
100g green beans
3 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 stalk celery
150 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces, the carrots into diagonal slices and the garlic and chilies thinly. Chop the celery finely. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and chilies for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and the shrimp and cook for 1 minute. Add the carrot and the beans and cook for 1 minute. Then add the salt, pepper, the palm sugar and water and cook until tender. Sprinkle with celery and serve.
