4 tbsp kecap manis
skewers
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 cm kunyit
1 red rawit
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients into a paste and mix it with the chicken. Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours. Thread the meat on the skewers and brush with the kecap. Roast the satay then slowly over a charcoal fire until golden brown and done. Regularly brush the satay with the kecap.
