Sate ayam Banjar
chicken satay with a spicy tomato-kecap sauce 

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300g chicken breast
2 tbsp kecap manis
3 tablespoons oil
skewers
 
bumbu marinade:
ingredients:
5 red chilies
3 rawits
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp shrimp paste petis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
10 tomatoes
 
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a smooth sauce. Cut the chicken into pieces. Add the chicken with the oil and kecap in the marinade and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
Thread the meat on the skewers and grill it slowly over a charcoal fire until brown and tender. Heat in a pan the marinade and serve with satay.
