Chicken with jackfruit

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1/2 chicken
small jackfruit
3.5 cm laos
500 ml thin coconut milk (santen cair)
3 tbsp. gula jawa (grated palmsugar)
4 salam leaves
salt
250 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli)
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 kemiri nuts (candlenuts)
1 tsp ketumbar
8 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken and the nangka into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the santen cair with the bumbu, the jackfruit, the chicken, the gula jawa, the laos and salam leaves. Boil gently for 40 minutes then add the thick coconut milk. Stew slowly until the sauce has thickened.
