Asparagus Shandong Style

750 gr green asparagus
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp sesame oil
1/3 tsp chili oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Cook de asparagus in water al dente and cool down quickly. Halve the asparagus lenghtwise or cut them in 5 cm long pieces. Heat a pan and toast the sesame seeds golden brown. Mix the kecap, the sesame oil and the chili oil into a dressing. Mix it with the asparagus and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
