Songhua Pidan Salad
100 year old egg salad
Ingredients:
2 100 year old eggs (Songhua Pidan), otherwise duck eggs, hardboiled
1 green lombok
1 red rawit
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon of black vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons of oil
1 bunch of coriander
water
preparation:
Heat in a pan of water and cook the eggs for 1 minute, then cool and peel. Cut the lombok and rawit into thin strips and chop the garlic finely. Cut the coriander coarsely. Cut the eggs into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the lombok and rawit and fry until soft. Then add salt and mix well. Mix all ingredients well and serve.
