Hǔ Pí Qīng Jiāo - 虎皮青椒

Ingredients:
350 gr green lomboks
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp black rice vinegar
1 tbsp Dòu Chǐ / fermented black beans
1/8 tsp palm sugar
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oil
Preparation:
Deseed the lomboks and cut the lomboks in half. Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar and palm sugar in a bowl.
Heat a pan and add the lomboks and fry them until they become soft and brown / black and set aside.
Then add the oil and fry the garlic together with the black beans until golden brown. Then add the lomboks and the sauce and mix well. Serve.
