fried chili peppers with garlic
10 shishito pepper, else Pimientos de Padrón
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark vinegar
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the peppers until the skin of the peppers starts to wrinkle.
Then put the peppers on the side of the pan and add the remaining ingredients and fry for 2 minutes and until the sauce thickens. Stir in the peppers and serve.
