Hung Shiu Say Saw
mixed braised vegetables and mushrooms

Ingredients:
12 dried shiitake mushrooms
5 dried jamur kuping / auricularia / wood ear
250 gr bamboo shoots
425 gr baby corn
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oil
hot water

Preparation:
Soak the mushrooms in the water for 30 minutes. Drain and keep 500 ml of the liquid. Cut the mushrooms into strips. Cut the bamboo shoots julienne.
Heat in a pan the oil and sesame oil and add the shiitake and stir fry for 5 minutes. Then add the bamboo, corn, soy sauce, palm sugar and liquid and cook over low heat and covered for 25 minutes. Then add the jamur kuping and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve.
