Stirfry of kangkung with garlic
Ingredients:
250 gr Kong Xin Cai / Kangkung
2 tbsp oil
4 dried peppers
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
Clean the kangkung and cut it into pieces. Chop the garlic finely. Heat the oil in a pan on high fire and fry the peppers dark red. Then add the garlic and fry for 7 seconds. Then add the kangkung and fry for 1 minute. Add the salt and mix well. Serve.
