Laonai yangyu
grandma's potatoes
ingredients:
2 potatoes
3 spring onions
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp oil
preperation/method:
peel the potatoes ena cook them for 30 minutes and chop them coarsely. Cut the spring onions in 1 cm long pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the spring onions and cayennepepper for 1 minute. Add the potatoes and the salt and fry them golden brown.
