Szechuan oyster mushrooms stir fry

Ingredients:
400 gr oyster mushrooms
1 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tsp kecap manis
4 cm jahe
6 spring onionss
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp Szechuan pepper

Preparation:
Cut the cleaned oyster mushrooms into strips and grate the jahe. Cut the spring onion into 3 cm long pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the spring onion (white part) and the jahe for 3 minutes. Add the oyster mushrooms, the kecap and the oyster sauce and fry for 2 minutes. Then add and mix the pepper and spring onion (green portion). Serve.
