vegetables stewed in coconut milk

150 gr beef (breast/flank)
600 ml of water
2 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
5 green lomboks
2 red lomboks
1000 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
500 gr timbul / breadfruit
4 long beans / snake beans
2 carrots
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp of palm sugar
2 tsp asam water

7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
1 cm kencur

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Cut the lomboks into pieces. Cut the breadfruit into pieces. Cut the long beans and carrots into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the water together with the meat in a pan and cook until soft. Then add the bumbu, salam, galangal, lomboks and coconut milk and cook until the aromas are released.
Then add the breadfruit and cook until soft. Then add the long beans and the carrot and cook until soft. Then add the salt, palm sugar and asam water. Mix well and serve.
