red curry meat rolls
100 gr minced meat
1 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe)
1 tbsp palmsugar
20 wonton pastry slices
Mix the meat with the sugar and the curry paste and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes. Spread the mixture evenly and thinly on a wonton slice and roll it up. Steam the rolls first for 5 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and deep-fry the rolls for about 30 seconds.
