Khai Jiao Mu Sab
omelette with minced meat

3 eggs
125 gr minced meat (pork/chicken/beef)
1 green onion
1 red lombok (large chilie)
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
4 tbsp oil

Cut the onion and the lombok very fine. Beat the eggs and beat all ingredients throug it. Heat in a skillet the oil and add the mixture. Fry the omelette on both sides golden brown and serve.
