Phat Wun Sen
fried mihun with shrimp and pork
Ingredients:
250 gr mihun, soaked
10 shiitake mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
175 gr pork
250 gr shrimp
2 red lomboks
6 spring onion
225 gr bamboo shoots
2 carrots
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
Garnish:
coriander leaf, chopped
bawang goreng
Preparation:
Cut the meat into thin strips. Clean the shrimp and chop coarsely. Cut the garlic and the lomboks into thin slices. Cut the spring onion into small pieces. Cut the carrots and the bambu julienne.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the lomboks over a low heat until they have softened. Then add the meat over medium heat and fry for 4 minutes. Then add the shrimps, the spring onion, the bambu and the carrots and fry for 3 minutes.
Then mix in the fish sauce, palm sugar, salt and pepper and let it fry for 1 minute. Then add the mihun and mix well and fry until everything is done. Then sprinkle the coriander and the bawang goreng on top and serve.
