Chicken bone nuggets


Ingredients:
150 gr chicken wings
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp sesame seeds
100 ml water
oil

Preparation/method:
Cut the wings into pieces. Mix the corn flour with the water, the sesame seeds, the salt, the pepper and the kecap and form a batter. Coat the wingspieces with the batter. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the pieces golden brown and crispy.
