stewed chicken with a rich star anise sauce

500g chicken wings
200 ml of white wine
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 Shitake mushrooms
2 star anise
Cut the mushrooms into strips. Heat a pan and add the chicken, wine, pepper, palm sugar and kecap and cook the chicken for 20 minutes until done. Remove the chicken with the mushrooms from the pan. Stir the sauce well and pour it over the chicken and serve.
