Grilled chicken satay with lemongrass

450 gr chicken breast
3 cloves of garlic
3/4 tsp ketumbar
3 lemongrass
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp palmsugar
2 tbsp oil
Soak the skewers in water. Cut the chicken into pieces. Pound or grind the garlic, the ketumbar and the pepper into a paste. Chop the lemon grass finely. Mix all ingredients together and let the meat marinate for at least 45 minutes. Thread the meat on skewers and grill/roast it over a charcoal fire in 10 minutes until golden brown.
