sun dried fried strips beef

500 gr beef
9 cloves garlic
3 coriander roots
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 theel pepper
1 eetl palmsugar
2 eetl whiskey
2 eetl oyster sauce
2 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)

chili sauce
slices tomatoes and cucmuber

Cut the meat in 1 cm thick strips. Pound or grind the garlic, the coriander roots, the palmsugar, the curry powder and the pepper fine into a paste. Rub the meat with the paste. Mix in the whiskey, the oyster sauce and the nam pla and let it stand for 90 minutes. Put the strips in the sun to dry for 1 day (or in oven on low heath). Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown, then drain and serve with the chili sauce and the slices tomatoes and cucumbers.
