Ayam Panggang Santen
roasted chicken in sauce

1 chicken
500 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
6 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 lime (juice)
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken open and roast it above a charcoalfire for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and crispy brown. Heat in a wok the santen and add al the remaining ingredients. Simmer it slowly for 15 minutes and then pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
