fried pork ribs with garlic

500 gr pork ribs
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp peppercorns
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
200 ml oil

Cut the ribs into pieces. Pound or grind the garlic and pepper into a paste and mix it with the soy sauce, the oyster sauce and the salt and marinate the ribs with it for at least 45 minutes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the ribs with the marinade on low heat until the meat is done.
