In fact originally from the Bango website which has many original recipes on it.
Strange. The same recipe appears here from 2015: pretty much word for word, I thought you stated that all your recipes are original and not taken from other blogs on the web?

Kao-Nieow Mu Ping
sugared pork

200 gr pork
40 gr palm sugar
10 tbsp light soy sauce

Heat in a pan of water and cook the meat for 10 minutes and then let it cool. Pull the meat apart (pulled pork). Heat in a pan the soy sauce together with the palm sugar and dissolve the palm sugar. Then add the meat and cook slowly until the palm sugar has caramelised.

Serve with glutinous/sticky rice.
