ingredients:
250 gr beef
5 cloves of garlic
2 red rawits
1 lemongrass
1 tsp shrimp paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and roots
oil or oven
preparation:
Chop all ingredients finely and pound or grind everything into a paste. Form balls and bake them for 10 minutes using oil or oven at 190gr.
