Sambal of shrimps from Aceh / Atjeh
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
15 red rawits
1 shallot
4 belimbing wuluh
10 shrimps/prawns
1 sereh / lemongrass
2 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
water
Cara Membuat:

Clean the shrimps and cook for 2 minutes in water. Then pound or grind all ingredients into a coarse paste.
