Gang Massaman Mu
yellow pork curry

100 gr pork meat
4 potatoes
3 tbsp yellow curry paste (see recipe)
250 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp palmsugar
4 tbsp fishsauce
1 tsp salt
200 ml water

Cut the meat into thin strips and the potatoes into small cubes. Heat in a pan the coconut milk with the curry paste for 30 seconds. Add the
meat, the palmsugar, the salt, the water and the fishsauce. Add the potatoes and cook it slowly for 20 minutes until the potaotes are done.
