curried egg with prawns


2 tiger prawns
1 egg
1 spring onion
1 sprig of coriander
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp santen
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp oil
50 ml water

Chopf the garlic, the coriander and the spring onion fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and add the shrimp. Mix the curry powder with the water, the salt, the palmsugar, the kecap and the oyster sauce and add this to the pan. Fry it for 1 minute. Then add the coriander and the spring onion together with the egg and fry it while stirring. Then add the santen and fry it for 2 minutes more then serve.
