green fish curry

500 gr fish fillets (firm white fish)
625 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp green curry paste (see recipe)
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fish sauce
2-3 green rawits
2-3 sprigs of basil

Cut the fish fillet into 4 slices. Finely chop the basil. Finely chop the rawits.
Heat the coconut milk together with the curry paste in a pan and bring it to the boil while stirring. Then add the fish, the jeruk purut, the salt and the fish sauce and continue cooking on low heat for 15 minutes until the fish is done.
Then add the rawits and the basil and cook on low heat for 4 minutes. serve.
