tuna fish curry

900 gr tuna
1,5 tbsp yellow curry paste
3 tbsp asem (tamarind paste/juice)
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp palm sugar
100 gr sliced bambu shoots
500 ml water
Heat in a pan the water and add the curry paste and bring to the boil. Cut the fish into thick slices and add it and cook it slowly for 5 minutes. Mix in the asem, the fish sauce, the palm sugar and the bambu and stir until its dissolved. Serve.
