Sambal Goreng Peria
spicy fried sopropo

300 gr green peria / pare / bitter melon / sopropo
200 gr shrimp
100 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil

3 red lomboks
2 cloves of garlic
1 shallots
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the pare into 1 cm slices / strips and sprinkle with the salt and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then rinse well. Peel the shrimps and clean them. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Then add the shrimp and fry it briefly. Then add the pare and fry until it is done. Then add the water and fry until the moisture has been absorbed.
